We stayed in OKC on a trip, and we walked around looking for a place to eat with gluten-free options. We kind of stumbled on the Parlor. What a great treat! This place is fun and the vibe is awesome. The gluten-free pizza was surprisingly good! The bartender made my margarita exactly like I like it. I will definitely eat there again on my next trip through OKC. I highly recommend.

A hidden treasure in downtown OKC. It's an upscale variety place with several restaurants inside. The patio seating, courtyard, upstairs, and lounge invite comfort coupled with a relaxing atmosphere.
Each restaurant boasts delicious food options from woodfired Pizza to fresh Brea freeze, amazing Onion burgers and top-notch bar service.
Maddie is the girl to connect with for best choices on the menu that day and shout out to Kathy for her million dollar smile and service. A must go to!

Initially I was appalled by the prices because it felt like I was in California. But then I saw the portion sizes and knew the reason: HUGE! Cute atmosphere, good variety. They were out of a lot of things when I tried to order at a couple places; then my order sat for awhile because the gal didn’t call it. They don’t have a buzzer or text system.

Such a fun place to go! There were numerous places to order food and 2 bars. We tried several cocktails and sodas, all were great! We also tried several different kitchens. ALL the food was amazing! There is music playing and it is a family friendly environment. It is 2 stories, but has an elevator, and the 1st floor is wheel chair accessible. Highly recommend for large groups!

I recently checked out The Parlor, and it's easily one of the most unique dining spots in the area. Tucked away in an old warehouse, it's been transformed into a vibrant food hall with a variety of mini-restaurants. The whole place has a buzzing, industrial-chic vibe that reminds me of a super trendy, upgraded version of the food courts we used to hang out in back in the 90s. We decided on Mob Grill, and I'm so glad we did. The burgers were absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked and incredibly juicy. The fries were a bit of a letdown, but that burger alone is worth the trip. The Parlor is a fantastic place to go with a group since everyone can find something they like.
We didn't have any drinks, but the bar area looked inviting and was well stocked. The rooftop seating is a great addition, especially in good weather.
Bonus: free parking, although limited.

OKC Parlor was an enjoyable visit for us. They have a variety of food choices at pick up counters in the food court. Lots of seating up and downstairs. TVs throughout the food court areas with refillable soda stations. LOVED the cream soda! Addicting!
There is a bar area with a nice lounge area. After we ate, we sat on the couch and watched a World Cup soccer match. Just like the rest of OKC, I found everyone here to be friendly, attentive, and helpful.
I had the Pansit with Pork at Rezzy's Lumbia Express and LOVED IT! My husband got the chicken and pancakes at Ray's Chicken Kitchen and he was disappointed with his food. He said the pancakes were dry and the chicken tasted like it was cooked in old oil.
Definitely visit here and if 405 Water Ice is there serving sorbet as a pop-up vendor...definitely give them a try. YUMMY!

Wonderful variety of beers cider and cocktails on draft. Truly something for everyone and lots of cans and bottles in the fridge. This is a wonderful space inside and out with myriad comfortable seating. Later in the evening there was some live music I really didn't care for.

What a fun place! They have a dedicated parking area which is so nice in downtown. I got chicken adobo upstairs and was super pleased. I then went to the downstairs bar where a lovely bartender made my drinks; a Breaking Dawn (highly recommended if you like a beautiful cocktail) and a Club Special with Prickly Pear syrup added.

Came here for the first time and liked how many local food vendors were inside. The place was busy but organized, and the indoor setup made it easy to relax while eating. Definitely a nice hangout spot in OKC.
